This website is operated by Katrine Eiternes under the brand CreationByMe, and we comply fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian privacy law (Personopplysningsloven).

We only collect the data you choose to give us. This happens when you fill in the contact form on our website. The information collected includes:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Country of residence
• Any message you choose to write to us

We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not collect data from children under the age of 16.

We collect your data for the following purposes:

• To provide our services - if you enrol in a programme or coaching engagement, your data is used to deliver that service. Legal basis: Contract (GDPR Article 6.1.b).
• To send you relevant information - only if you have given us explicit permission to do so. Legal basis: Consent (GDPR Article 6.1.a).

We will never use your data for purposes other than those stated above, and we will never sell your data to third parties.

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary. Enquiry data is typically retained for up to 12 months. If you become a client, we retain relevant data for the duration of our working relationship and up to 3 years thereafter for legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

No other third parties have access to your personal data unless required by law.
