Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of services and programmes offered by CreationByMe, operated by Katrine Eiternes. By purchasing or enrolling in any of our offerings, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Services

CreationByMe offers the following services:

• The Creator Operating System — A live group programme consisting of four Zoom sessions of two hours each, held weekly over four weeks, based on the C.R.E.A.T.I.O.N framework.
• 1:1 Coaching with Katrine — Private, personalised coaching tailored to the individual client.
• Corporate Coaching & Leadership Development — Workshops, keynotes, and leadership programmes for organisations. Scope and format agreed individually.

All services are delivered in English unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated at the time of purchase. Prices for individual clients are listed in USD or NOK as displayed on the website. Corporate pricing is agreed individually by written agreement.

Payment is due in full upon enrolment unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing with Katrine Eiternes. CreationByMe reserves the right to withhold access to programme materials until payment has been received.

If you are a Norwegian resident and CreationByMe is registered for VAT (MVA), applicable VAT will be added to the stated price. You will be informed of this at the time of purchase.

3. Enrolment and Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation of your enrolment by email. Access to video modules, community, and programme materials will be provided as outlined in the programme description. Live Zoom sessions will be scheduled and communicated in advance.

Places in group programmes are limited. Enrolment is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling where possible, but cannot guarantee alternative session times for all participants.

CreationByMe reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date will be offered. If a programme must be cancelled entirely by CreationByMe, a full refund will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through CreationByMe programmes — including video modules, written materials, exercises, frameworks, and live session recordings — is the intellectual property of Katrine Eiternes and CreationByMe. This content is licensed for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, share, distribute, sell, or use any programme content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Katrine Eiternes.

7. Confidentiality and Community Standards

Group programmes include access to a community space where participants share personal experiences. All participants are expected to treat each other's contributions with respect and confidentiality. What is shared in the group stays in the group.

CreationByMe reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme and community without refund if their behaviour is found to be harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive to other participants.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

CreationByMe programmes are designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and inner transformation. They are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic treatment.

Results vary between individuals. CreationByMe does not guarantee specific outcomes. Katrine Eiternes and CreationByMe shall not be held liable for any decisions made by participants as a result of programme content.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Norwegian law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at katrine@eiternes.no so that we may resolve the matter informally.

If a resolution cannot be reached, you may bring the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) at forbrukertilsynet.no, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

10. Changes to These Terms

CreationByMe reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
